Participation in our courses requires prior registration and acceptance of these terms. Each course is designed as an educational measure and does not replace individual financial advice.

Participants undertake to use the provided materials exclusively for their personal learning process. Any commercial reuse, reproduction, or distribution of the course content is prohibited without written permission.

Each participant is responsible for the security of their access data. In the event of violations of these obligations, we reserve the right to block access.

The content of our financial education programs serves exclusively for general information and further education in the field of economic planning and analysis. It does not constitute investment advice or a solicitation to purchase financial products.

Alpine Fund Services assumes no liability for any financial losses arising from the application of the knowledge imparted. Each participant acts on their own responsibility and at their own risk.

We do not guarantee any specific results or successes through participation in our courses. The development of financial skills depends on individual factors.

Course fees are due before the start of the respective program. The exact prices and payment modalities are communicated transparently before registration.

Withdrawal is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the course starts. In the event of later withdrawal or discontinuation of the course, there is no entitlement to a refund. Exceptions are examined on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to change the terms at any time. Participants will be informed of material changes by email. Continued use after a change is deemed as acceptance.

Both parties may terminate the usage agreement at any time with two weeks' notice. Fees already paid will not be refunded in the event of termination.
